He graduated from Georgia Northwestern Tech College with a degree in marketing and owned a Farmers Insurance agency for just under five years. With Farmers, he earned all of the awards he could qualify for and learned the Property & Casualty insurance inside-out. Before insurance, Kacee worked in professional arena football as a general manager and served as president of his local league.

Outside of work, Kacee serves on the school board, coaches little league and is involved in local volunteer projects. He is married to Belinda and has two children: Kacedon and Kacelee.
