Originally from Cincinnati, OH, Carmen graduated from New Richmond High School and is working towards her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing at Florida State College at Jacksonville. She moved to Florida with her family four years ago.

Carmen brings three years of banking experience to her role as a producer here at Brightway. Here she shares her knowledge of policies and coverages to help her clients find the most competitive prices.

Carmen is a self-proclaimed amateur horror movie critic who owns an ever-growing collection of over 700 DVDs. Her favorite weekend hobby is playing video games with her fiancé, hanging out at the beach, painting, or playing with her dog, Rocky, or cat, Pepper.

Dominic was born and raised in Jacksonville, Fla. and graduated from Duncan U. Fletcher High School. He then attended Berry College in Georgia where he double majored in Economics and Finance.

Prior to joining Brightway, Dominic worked for AmerisBank as a Credit Analyst. As a Brightway agent, Dominic is most excited for the opportunity to help individuals in the community where he grew up. He's also excited to continue to grow his business network in the Jacksonville area.

Dominic comes from a large family with eight siblings. Richard Miller, the Agency Owner of Brightway, The Miller Agency, is Dominic’s dad and  he hopes to one day run the Agency in his father's footsteps.

In his spare time, Dominic attends local trivia events, plays pickup basketball, and loves to golf.

Amber was born and raised in Callahan, FL. She graduated from West Nassau High School and went on to earn to her Associate Degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville. She is currently finishing her Bachelors of Fine Arts from the University of North Florida.

Amber started her insurance career fresh out of high school in 2008 when she went to work for the Brightway Home Office. During her time there, she served as a CSR,  then a Team Lead in QA, Administration, Customer Service, and Renewals before moving on to a position as Office Manager at Brightway, The Miller Agency. Throughout her experiences in different roles with Brightway, Amber has enjoyed building trusting and lasting relationships with colleagues and clients.

She spends all of her spare time with friends, hanging at the beach, hosting her bi-weekly book club, loving on her pup, Zoe, going on road trips, and exploring new museums and galleries.
