Originally from New Haven, Connecticut, Bill relocated to South Florida in 1972 as a Golf Pro. He has been in Financial Services and Insurance since 1993, and holds both the Corporation for Long-Term Care Certification and the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow certifications. An active member of his community, avid golfer, boater and fisherman, he also enjoys spending time with his family, including his two amazing granddaughters.

Noyes is a third-generation insurance professional having earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. He graduated from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance. Noyes spent six years on the company side in both Personal and Commercial underwriting roles before moving to the agency side in 2001. Working directly with individuals, families and business owners has always been his first desire and being a Brightway Agency Owner allows Noyes to offer choice to his clients.
